The ergonomic handle is made of carefully selected bright ash wood from European FSCⓇ certified forests. Cut, divide, chop, slice, and peel with ease thanks to the innovative handle geometry, allowing for a variety of flexible grips and hand positions. The handle is perfectly balanced with a 2.5 mm thick large blade made of recycled Swedish stainless steel, offering balance and stability in every cut. A beautifully balanced contrast between the bright ash wood and the shiny edge of the blade is made possible by the black PC-coating. Keep the sharp edge of the knife protected with a vegetable tanned leather sheath.
